  • BA degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing.
  • 2+ years of sales or business development experience in the consulting or banking industry.
  • Proven ability in forecasting and budgeting.
  • Strong knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles.
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Office.
  • Proficient knowledge in CRM software.
  • Excellent listening, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build long-term profitable relationships.


  • Conduct regular market research to identify selling possibilities, evaluate market trends and emerging needs, and keep up with the latest developments.
  • Conduct regular research and development activities by brainstorming and creating new service packages in accordance with market changes.
  • Stay current with competitors’ and new entrants’ activities for benchmarking and positioning.
  • Develop sales plans designed to attain predetermined goals and quotas.
  • Find new sales opportunities through networking and nurture them into long-term partnerships.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from identifying the client to closing the deal.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and assess their needs and concerns.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations on the company’s services to prospective clients.
  • Provide professional during- and after- sales support to ensure client satisfaction and maximize client loyalty.
  • Act as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
  • Collaborate with the TM to ensure the timely and successful delivery of the company’s solutions according to client needs and objectives.
  • Develop new business with current clients and identify improvement areas to meet quotas.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
  • Maintain regular contact with the company’s clients to ascertain the company’s positioning by understanding and meeting their needs.
  • Gather feedback from clients or prospects and share with the upper management and the technical team.
  • Respond to complaints and resolve issues related to the client’s satisfaction with the aim of maintaining the company’s reputation.
  • Negotiate agreements and close deals with the aim of maximizing the company’s profit.
  • Represent the company in networking activities and other business events.
  • Keep organized records of sales and client data.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics including periodic sales results, accounts status, and annual forecasts.
  • Prepare and deliver periodic reports and presentations to upper management on the company’s sales data and relevant market activities.
  • Communicate clear progress reports of monthly/quarterly initiatives to upper management.
  • Assist upper management in setting the company’s annual budgets.
