So disappointed !
We used to travel with Tania Travel since 1999. This summer we have booked a tour package to Crete-Greece. We paid for a Suite (2 Rooms and 2 Bathrooms) but they reserved one family room instead. Even with such an unprofessional attitude towards their clients, they didn't call us to apologize or to clarify the situation.
